via a single interface, regardless of your phone number or phone system currently deployed. WebPHONE SME can support PSTN, VoIP or Mobile numbers or any extension on any ACD or PBX. Both, the WebPHONE SE and the WebPHONE SME are available with a CRM-Plugin adapter, enabling integration of back-end and CRM systems such as SAP, Infor, Sage etc. The WebPHONE can be deployed with High Availability, exceeding legacy standard phone system functionality in terms of “security” and availability.
